East Bengal will be without coach Trevor Morgan and striker Tolgay Ozbey as they were advised by the Australian embassy not to travel to Iraq for safety reasons. Assistant coach Ranjan Choudhury will be in charge. Arbil had won the reverse fixture 2-0 last Wednesday.
