Fulham and Blackburn Rovers were still looking for their first Premier League wins of the season after battling to a 1-1 stalemate on Sunday. The results left Fulham and Blackburn in the bottom three after four matches, although Blackburn at least picked up their first point after three successive defeats.
Blackburn stayed bottom, one place behind Swansea City, who like Fulham have two points.

Racing Santander and Levante shared the points in a 0-0 draw as both sides remained winless while Betis saw off Mallorca to join Real Madrid and Valencia on top of Spanish league table.
Betis thanked a fine showing from Ruben Castro for their success as they won 1-0.

Chung calls Blatter a ‘little brat’
Seoul: Former FIFA vice president Chung Mong-joon has called FIFA president Sepp Blatter a “little brat” who dictatorially rules world football's governing body.
Chung, who was a leading candidate to succeed Blatter before being defeated in an election for the FIFA vice-presidency early this year, made the criticism in a memoir published in South Korea last week.
Chung accused Blatter of trying to usurp the authority of FIFA’s executive committee by creating an anti-corruption panel, likening him to dictators who’ve used similar means to bolster personal power. AP
