He will be only the second Indian player from the current squad and the 4th Indian player to ply his trade abroad.

His trial with Melbourne Heart was confirmed by his Melbourne-based manager, Lyndon Miranda. “It’s with great pleasure that I would like to confirm to Indian football fans across the globe that Melbourne Heart FC are keen on inviting Gouramangi Singh for the trial,” Lyndon said.

“If he makes it through the trial, Gouramangi would go on to be the first Indian to ply his trade on Australian soil.”

“I am extremely excited about the prospect. I have been involved with Indian soccer for the last six years at various levels and it leaves me extremely delighted to be able to play a part in this deal. I would like to extend my gratitude to the club Melbourne Heart FC for allowing Gourmangi to showcase his skill to the club,” stated Lyndon.
