Tottenham midfielder Jamie O'Hara has revealed he is considering turning his back on England to play for the Republic of Ireland.

London-born O'Hara, who has spent this season on loan at Portsmouth, is eligible for Ireland through his grandparents and, although he has played for England at Under-21 level, he has never been selected for the senior squad.
The lack of interest from England coach Fabio Capello could persuade the 23-year-old, who played in Portsmouth's FA Cup final defeat against Chelsea on Saturday, to turn to Ireland and he is expected to make a decision on his international future before the start of next season.
"I've always loved playing for England so I wouldn't want to upset anyone or disrespect the Ireland people as well, because I've got a lot of family in Ireland," O'Hara told Sky Sports.
"It's going to be a difficult decision to make and I don't want it to become a big deal in a way."
