"Obviously people noticed her breasts had swelled after a trip to LA, but she just joked saying, ''I'm still growing and getting a bit fuller up top'', the News of the World quoted a pal as saying.

"She was worried her bust had shrunk when she slimmed down after a fitness regime. She still wanted to look womanly and curvy," the pal added.
