Sonia over Ganesha's pic sparks protest!

Activists of Shiv Sena Women Cell on Tuesday protested against the Congress Party after they found that the Congress Party in their posters has placed Sonia Gandhi?s image above the photograph of Lord Ganesha.

Activists of Shiv Sena Women Cell on Tuesday protested against the Congress Party after they found that the Congress Party in their posters has placed Sonia Gandhi’s image above the photograph of Lord Ganesha.

Terming it as a blatant insult to the sentiments of Hindus, the activists chanted slogans against the Congress President and Chief Minister Vilas Rao Deshmukh.

"It was not right to paste the photograph of Sonia Gandhi above the picture of Lord Ganesha who is worshipped by us," said Shiv Sena leader Swati Shinde.

The women activists ended their protest after superimposing the photograph of Lord Ganesha on Sonia Gandhi's poster.
