What does healing from urgency culture looks like: Expert shares signs

We are conditioned since childhood to be inside the situation of urgency. We are always told to start things immediately, take decisions and work or study without a pause. This further makes our nervous system get into the fight or flight mode, which leaves us exhausted most of the time.
