Main accused held in Karnal cows’ poisoning case
The Karnal police along with the special task force (STF), Ambala, have arrested a person on the charges of poisoning the cows. The police said that the accused has been identified as Vijay Singh, a resident of Patiala, and presently residing at Deha Basati in Ambala.

Inspired by YouTube video, couple intoxicate men in movie halls to steal valuables
A couple in Lucknow, India, have been arrested for tricking men they befriended on Facebook into meeting them at a shopping mall, spiking their drinks and stealing their valuables. The couple, who have been carrying out the scam for two years, were caught with goods worth INR3 lakh ($4,261) and have been charged under several sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Hisar: 7 booked for illegally making changes in Parivar Pehchan Patra

Two Fazilka men arrested for robbing banker of ₹1.2 lakh in Zirakpur
