JNU dismisses rumours of 300% exam fee hike

JNUSU had alleged that a “leaked” prospectus mentioned that the administration had “increased prospectus fee by 300%, shut BA lateral entry programme in School of Languages, decimation of deprivation points in M.Phil-PhD and delinked the M.Phil-PhD programme”.

In a first, JNU to conduct online entrance exams

In a first, JNU will conduct online entrance exams for all graduate, postgraduate, MPhil and PhD courses for the academic session 2019-20. The JNU Entrance Examination (JNUEE) will be held from May 27 to May 30 and the registration process will start on March 15.

For the first time, entrance exams for all courses will be held in the multiple-choice questions (MCQs) format, the JNU administration announced on Wednesday.(Picture for representation)
