Jaypee Group offers to hand over garbage processing plant to Chandigarh MC

Mayor Raj Bala Malik and MC commissioner KK Yadav at the garbage dumping ground in Dadumajra on Wednesday. They were there to inspect the adjoining garbage processing plant, and came down heavily on its management, putting the blame on them for the city faltering in Swachh Survekshan.
