We often undergo stress and anxiety. This can be deep-rooted into the trauma that we have faced in our lives. Often childhood trauma transcends to stress in the later years of life. However, trauma is stored in the body. It cannot be addressed through words. It often finds a way to show up in the daily lives. Sometimes, words don’t help in processing the trauma that we have been carrying within ourselves – hence, we need to move through it and use our bodies to process it.
