India declares Mushtaq Zargar, released during IC-814 hijacking, as terrorist

The Union home ministry took action against Zargar under the stringent UAPA. Zargar was among the three terrorists released in exchange for the hijacked passengers, Masood Azhar and Ahmed Omar Saeed Sheikh being the other two.
