Waukesha Christmas parade crash: Child 6th victim in incident, suspect charged

Waukesha Christmas parade: Driver to be charged with ‘intentional homicide’

Waukesha Police Chief Dan Thompson identified the driver as Darrell Brooks, 39, and said he was not being pursued by police when he drove his red SUV into the parade Sunday.
