After her hit show, Dill Mill Gayye, Jennifer Winget, now Singh Grover (she’s married to TV actor Karan Singh Grover who was also her co-star in Dill Mill Gayye), got caught up in hosting shows on TV. But now, after a gap of almost a year, she will be making a comeback on TV. She will be part of Star Plus’ telefilms Teri Meri Love Stories, with co-star Keith Sequeira.
Jennifer-Winget
The short films capture the various shades of romance. Ask her about her comeback and Jennifer says, “I took a break after my wedding and now it feels good to be back with a telefilm. It’s a cool take on love, which captures the fast-paced world we live in and our lack of time for our loved ones.”
She adds, “Playing the role of a married woman was enjoyable.”
Jennifer had signed Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s debut TV production, but that has been shelved as of now. This brief encounter on TV will send a message to producers that she is ready for more acting opportunities.
