Fox Crime has come up with an innovative campaign to grab audience attention in the country. They’ve devised a nationwide contest called The Photographs Case where the audience, by watching a series of three 30- second films, will have to solve a murder mystery, identifying the killer, victim and the killer’s accomplice.

The films will present three different situations involving the three key characters where each character could be the killer, accomplice or victim, confusing the viewer. They are then provided with clues through outdoor, radio, digital and print media to solve the mystery.

The contest’s winner gets to visit The Museum of Crime And Punishment in Washington D.C. Fox Crime will also release the final 60-second film revealing the murderer, victim and accomplice. Saurabh Yagnik from Fox Crime insists the campaign will help his channel get the desired viewership.

The channel’s website currently has 6,100 users who have attempted to solve the case. It has also received 37, 110 visitors on Facebook and crossed over 77,000 people on Twitter. But a campaign spread across media over four weeks may not register with too many people.
