Balaji’s show Bade Acche Laggte Hain might be sliding down the popularity charts, but they sure know how to keep viewers hooked. The much-anticipated time leap and separation of the lead pair, Ram and Priya, played by Ram Kapoor and Sakshi Tanwar, have prompted angry fans to send hate mail to Ekta Kapoor’s office. But the latest twist in the tale is that Priya is going to be killed before the leap!

In the current storyline, Ram’s brother Sid has framed Priya for his crimes and she is currently under trial. Sources claim that she will be sentenced to serve a jail term after a dramatic courtroom scene and Ram’s efforts to save her will be in vain. En route to the jail, she will meet with an accident and will be presumed dead.

However, as is the case with most of Ekta’s shows, after the leap, Priya will seen living in Australia, while Ram will marry her sister Ayesha, who had an affair with Sid.

The show’s unit will leave for Dubai in the last week of June for 20 days to shoot the new storyline, even though the story shows Priya living in Australia. The leap is scheduled for the first week of July, but as Ekta is busy with her film’s production, she hasn’t had the time for a proper meeting with her team. Sources claim that the new story is confusing, but will be clearer once Ekta holds her meeting in three days.
