On Monday morning, a story started doing rounds on internet. Apparently, it was written by an anonymous woman who allegedly had to face molestation at internet sensation The Viral Fever’s (TVF) office in Mumbai.The article said, “Right from Pitchers to Tripling, I was molested. Be it in parties where Arunabh would try to lift me or would try and fall on me pretending he is drunk.”It further said, “I walked out of the place last year. Jobless, Mindless. I don’t have much to say. I am not as strong as many other women. I just need my life back. I don’t think these guys would let me have one. The constant reminders from their legal on my obligations tells me that I am being tracked.”Arunabh Kumar, an IIT graduate, is the founder of TVF that made its mark on YouTube with shows like Pitchers, Tripling and Barely Speaking With Arnub.Now the TVF team has responded to the allegations in an official statement.Read the statement here:This is an official response from TVF on the anonymous article published on Medium by the Indian Fowler.
