Salman Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor, Siddharth Mallya, Vijender Singh, John Abraham and Rahul Gandhi are just some of the men in question here. From the first week of May, BIG CBS will be running a special weekend series featuring India’s sexiest single men, called India’s Sexiest Bachelor.
The show will run for seven weeks, with each capsule being screened every seven days. Each which will encapsulate the life of two celebrity men.
Aparnaa Pande, general manager, BIG CBS networks, confirms, “I can’t comment on the men till we have their confirmations. But when you think single and sexy, these are a few names that come to mind. We’re definitely in talks with a lot of them.”
Every eligible bachelor will be featured with his girlfriend, associate, staff, manager and even, stylist. Apart from public votes, a panel of three single celebrity women will judge the men. The network is currently in talks with Preity Zinta, Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif.
“If we have the sexiest men contesting, then we have to have the hottest women on our jury. Once again, without signing on the dotted line, it would be unfair to confirm names, but we will feature the classiest single women around,” beams Pande.
Since the show boasts of so many A-list names, won’t its budget sky rocket? “The star participants have been forthcoming. None of them have asked us a fee to be a part of the show,” says Pande.
