PM Modi offers Congress a J&K trip amid Art 370 faceoff | Maharashtra polls

Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a rally in Maharashtra's Parli on Thursday. He was campaigning for the Bharatiya Janata Party candidate from the area, Pankaja Munde. PM Modi raised the Article 370 issue to attack the Congress. He said that if the party's leaders wanted to visit Jammu and Kashmir, he would help in making arrangements. He also said that those who opposed the abrogation of Jammu and Kashmir would be remembered in history.
