Students of a school in Uttar Pradesh's Moradabad have celebrated Raksha Bandhan in a unique way. They tied rakhis to trees and held banners reading 'Save Trees'. Through such initiative, the students spread the message of conserving environment. One of the students said, “We tied rakhis to the trees in our school because they are very helpful for us. Trees give us shade, food and everything else. Because of what all we get from them, we decided to tie rakhis to the trees.”
