Replying to a question in the Parliament, the Union government revealed why India's Covid-19 vaccine certificate has a photograph of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Responding to a question asked by MP Kumar Ketkar in the Rajya Sabha, Union Minister of State for Health, Bharati Pravin Pawar said that the aim of the photo and the PM's message is that even vaccinated people must continue to follow Covid-appropriate behaviour.
