India well-prepared for SA despite lack of practice games: Murali Vijay
India opener Murali Vijay is confident that India are well prepared to tackle South Africa in the upcoming Test series despite not playing any practice game. “Everybody knows what they need to do. The individuals know what exactly are the areas they need to work on. They have been perfect practice sessions for us so far and we are looking forward to the game now,” opener Murali Vijay told reporters on Wednesday. India are likely to opt for just one spinner in the opening Test in Cape Town, with Ravichandran Ashwin likely to be Virat Kohli’s choice for the role. Ashwin’s spin partner Ravindra Jadeja is down with a viral infection, but is expected to recover in 48 hours.
