As offices in Delhi opened up today after an extended holiday - the manic Monday was being called 'the real test of the odd-even' rule. With extra buses and metro services, did the capital keep up the spirit on Day 4 of the formula? Before you guess, may we also tell you that there has been a four-fold increase in the number of violators. At least 550 motorists were caught driving out in their odd-numbered vehicles.
