Receiving the award is historical: Kailash Kher on Padma Shri honour

Singer Kailash Kher, who won zillions of hearts with his songs like 'Allah ke Bande', 'Teri Deewani', and 'Saiyyan', is all set to add another feather in his cap. The 43-year-old singer would be receiving India's fourth highest civilian award, the Padma Shri.
