Health care workers across the country are working selflessly round the clock to curtail Covid-19. A nine-month pregnant nurse in Karnataka is serving patients amid the crisis. Roopa Parveen, who hails from Gajanur village, refused to go on leave. She travels to Thirthahalli taluk daily to attend patients at Jayachamarajendra Government Hospital. Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa called to praise Roopa and asked her to come back after delivery.
