After Priyanka Gandhi, Adityanath meets families of Sonbhadra shooting survivors

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath visited the Umbha village in Sonbhadra to meet the families of 10 people who were shot dead in a clash over land. Adityanath's visit comes after Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi visited the village. All 10 victims were Gond tribals who were shot dead when the village headman Yagya Dutt and his supporters allegedly opened fire in an attempt to take possession of a piece of land. Adityanath said that the government will bear expenses of treatment of those injured in the shooting.
