Amit Shah flags off Delhi-Katra Vande Bharat Express

Home Minister Amit Shah flagged off Indian Railways' Vande Bharat Express at New Delhi Railway Station. The new engine-less, and semi-high speed train will run from New Delhi to Shri Vaishno Devi Katra. Vande Bharat Express will reduce travel time to 8 hours from the present 12 hours. The first Vande Bharat Express, also called Train 18 was launched on Delhi-Varanasi route. The first Vande Bharat Express was flagged off by PM Modi in February this year.
