Amit Shah holds roadshow in Bikaner ahead of Rajasthan elections

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Amit Shah on Wednesday held a roadshow in Bikaner ahead of December 7 assembly elections in Rajasthan, while the counting of votes will take place on December 11. The BJP released its second list of candidates for the December 7 Rajasthan assembly elections, declaring nominees from 31 constituencies, on November 15. Dropping cabinet ministers Rajkumar Rinwa, Babulal Verma, Jeetmal Khant and Dhan Singh Rawat, the saffron party has put faith in 21 new faces, keeping its focus firm on social engineering and balancing of caste equations.
