Anti-CAA stir: Shivraj Chouhan says PM Modi is god for persecuted refugees

Former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that PM Modi is god for persecuted refugees. Shivraj said that the opposition was spreading lies over the Citizenship Amendment Act and added that no final decision had been taken on the NRC yet. Shivraj's comments come amid nationwide protests against the CAA and the NRC.
