‘Article 370 was a hurdle between Kashmir & development’: Amit Shah

Home Minister Amit Shah spoke about the abrogation of Article 370 at the Hindustan Purvodaya 2019. Shah said BJP has always believed that Article 370 is illegal and needed to be axed. He added that the abrogation of the special status will help Kashmir develop as the centre's policies will now be directly applicable in the valley. Shah also said that money meant for the common man in the valley never reached them earlier but now all of that will change.
