‘At least we dared to bring quota bill’: Ravi Shankar Prasad in Rajya Sabha

Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad on Wednesday said that the opposition did not even dare to bring such a bill. Prasad said that even if the Modi-government is late, it dared to bring the bill. While the opposition is supporting the bill but with 'ifs' and 'buts', Prasad added. “Why aren't the supporting the bill without riders as we are writing history with this bill,” said Prasad.
