Security tightened in Ayodhya ahead of Shiv Sena, VHP rallies

Security measures have been beefed up in Uttar Pradesh's Ayodhya on Sunday. Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) and Shiv Sena will hold separate events in the city. The event will be held over the matter of Ram Temple. Prohibitory orders have also been imposed in Ayodhya to prevent congregation of people at any spot. More than a lakh people are expected for the rally which will be held at the Bade Bhakt Mahal ground near Ram ghat. The meeting will start around 12 noon but the main speakers are likely to address the gathering between 2pm and 4pm. A senior functionary of the RSS might also attend the rally and address the gathering.
