Bihar's deputy chief minister Sushil Kumar Modi justified his decision to watch a movie while the state battles floods. He said that not watching 'Super 30', which based on an educationist from Bihar, would've been an insult to the artistes part of the project. He also said that those criticising him don't understand that multiple things can be done at once. Modi maintained that the government is handling the flood situation. At least 78 people have lost their lives due to floods in Bihar so far.
