Bizarre: Man in women’s underwear steals lingerie from girls hostel

In a bizarre incident, a man wearing woman inner wears barged into a girls hostel and fled away with other sets of undergarments. In a CCTV camera, the man was caught sneaking into the hostel building's terrace at midnight and fleeing away with few pairs of undergarments hanging over there.
