Updated on Jul 19, 2019 08:35 am IST
ISRO has announced that Chandrayaan 2 will be launched on July 22. The launch, which was earlier slated for July 15, had to be postponed due to a technical snag. This will make India only the fourth country after the US, Russia and China to soft land a rover on the moon. This is the very first attempt to explore the south pole of the moon.
