Accusing the Bharatiya Janata Party of trying to appropriate credit for the actions of armed forces, Congress listed out the locations and dates of 6 surgical strikes that it claimed were carried out during UPA's tenure. Congress leader Rajeev Shukla claimed that the Bharatiya Janata Party acts as if previous governments didn't contribute to national security at all. He also read out names of terrorists who were proscribed by the UN when Congress was in power.
