Shiv Sena continues to play hardball with the BJP over government formation in Maharashtra. In the latest, Sena leader Sanjay Raut said that no new proposals will be exchanged with the BJP on the issue. Responding to the row over the Chief Minister's post, Raut said that a consensus on the issue had been reached ahead of the assembly polls. He further said that imposing President's rule in the state would be an insult to the mandate of the people of Maharashtra.
