Covid: One govt panel says peak over, other warns of second wave

A government-appointed scientific committee has said the Covid-19 epidemic is now on the decline, and is likely to run its course by February next year. But, as cases dip the head of an expert panel coordinating panel to tackle the pandemic in the country has flagged the possibility of a second wave of infections in the winter season.
