Covid update: Brazil rejects China’s vaccine; ICMR’s COVIRAP nod; pandal entry

From Brazil rejecting China's vaccine to ICMR approving new testing kit, here are the top updates on coronavirus. Brazil's Prime Minister Jair Bolsonaro said the government won't buy China's Sinovac vaccine. This comes a day after the country's health minister said the vaccine will be used in nation's immunization process. Meanwhile, ICMR approved an 'economical' testing kit COVIRAP. The testing kit, developed by researchers at IIT-Kharagpur, will cost around Rs 5,000. Also, Calcutta High Court eased restrictions over Durga Puja pandal entry.
