Covid update: AstraZeneca may add Sputnik V shot; Punjab extends night curfew

From AstraZeneca working to combine vaccine with another shot, to Punjab's night curfrew extension, here are the top updates on the coronavirus pandemic. Oxford University's AstraZeneca said it may work on combining its vaccine's shot with Russia's Sputnik V. This comes after developers of Sputnik V had suggested the combination of shots for increasing AstraZeneca vaccine's efficacy. Meanwhile, India approved human trials for the first homemade mRNA vaccine candidate being developed by Pune-based Gennova. Also, Sanofi and GSK's vaccines are likely to be ready only by 2021 end.
