Ahead of Delhi polls, CM Arvind Kejriwal lays hospital’s foundation stone

Ahead of polls, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal laid foundation stone of a hospital in Siraspur. Arvind Kejriwal claimed that the land for the hospital had been acquired in 1984. Kejriwal accused other parties of 'betraying' the people. Delhi is expected to go to polls early next year.
