Assam floods: Ferry services to Guwahati’s Umananda temple halted

Ferry service to Umananda temple in Guwahati have been put on halt due to the increasing water in river Brahmaputra. Parts of Assam have been reeling under heavy rainfall leading to flood. At least 11 people have been killed and more than 2.64 million affected in 28 of Assam's 33 districts.
