As Cyclone Phethai makes landfall in Andhra Pradesh, the villagers witness a rare 'fish rain'. The cyclone landed on the coastal region of Kakinada on December 17. Villagers were seen picking up the fishes while they lay on the ground. The fishes were washed away following the cyclone.
