Golden temple was lit up as devotees thronged Golden Temple in large numbers on Guru Govind Singh's 353rd birth anniversary. Guru Gobind Singh was born on December 22, 1666 in Patna. He is the tenth and last Sikh Guru after his father Guru Tegh Bahadur. Guru Gobind Singh was a spiritual master, warrior, poet and philosopher.
