Hooligans molest girl on railway bridge in Bihar’s Muzaffarpur

Just a few days after the Rampur molestation incident, another one has come up from Bihar's Muzaffarpur. A video has gone viral, in which a school girl and her male friend are being harassed by a group of hooligans. The incident took place over the Budhi Gandak Railway Bridge. Earlier this week, a group of men molested and filmed a woman and her daughter in Kuankheda area of Rampur's Tanda.
