How to counter China in Ladakh: Kargil war veteran Col Sonam Wangchuk explains

Colonel Sonam Wangchuk (retired) commented on the recent tension with China along the Line of Actual Control. The Kargil war veteran highlighted the need of raising more Ladakh Scout battalions. Col Wangchuk, a Maha Vir Chakra awardee, said that familiarisation of troops with the operational area is important during conflict.
