Ice hockey makes debut at world’s highest rink in Lahaul-Spiti

Lahaul-Spiti is now home to the world's highest ice hockey rink. The rink is located at an altitude of over 12000 ft from sea level. The rink was prepared by the Spiti administration in just 20 days. An ice hockey coaching camp cum tournament was organised from 20-29 Dec to promote the sporting facility. 45 students were trained in the camp.
