Indian officials arrived in Geneva on Monday for the United Nations Human Rights Council session. India is being represented by Secretary (East) at the Ministry of External Affairs, Vijay Thakur Singh, and former Indian High Commissioner to Pakistan, Ajay Bisaria. Islamabad is expected to try and raise the Jammu and Kashmir issue, especially the dilution of Article 370 and the subsequent lockdown, at the meet. The Imran Khan government's attempts to internationalise the issue have failed to fructify so far.
