Restrictions in valley will be eased gradually: J&K Chief Secretary

Jammu and Kashmir Chief Secretary BVR Subrahmanyam addressed the media in Srinagar on Friday. Subrahmanyam said the government's unprecedented clampdown in Kashmir will gradually roll back. Kashmir has been shut for the 12th day as the government abrogated Article 370. Subrahmanyam said schools will open from next week and the restrictions will be removed in an orderly manner.
