Karnataka elections 2018: Who will form next govt? Cong, BJP or JD(S)?

Voting for the single-phase Karnataka assembly elections was held on May 12. With the fate of the candidates sealed in the ballot boxes, predictions and speculations started on which party will form the next government in the state. Leaders of all three major parties -chief minister Siddaramaiah of the ruling Congress, BS Yeddyurapa of the Bharatiya Janata Party and HD Kumaraswamy of the Janata Dal (Secular)- exuded confidence on the polling day that their party will get majority come to power. Counting will be take place on May 15 when the will of will of Karataka's people will become known.
